Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences (Clinical) A specialist life sciences recruitment business is looking to hire a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their team, with offices in Brighton or Crawley. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a warm, high-performing desk within the permanent clinical market, with strong existing relationships and significant room for growth. 💼 The Role You will take ownership of an established desk within the clinical life sciences space, focusing on permanent recruitment. The role will suit someone confident in business development, building long-term client relationships, and growing an already successful market. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where consultants are given autonomy to develop their own markets while benefiting from strong brand recognition within the sector.
Office based in Crawley Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days from home Up to £40,000 base salary No threshold commission structure Established desk easily capable of £200k+ annual billings
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience (any sector considered) Strong business development and client relationship skills Experience managing and growing a desk Driven, commercial mindset with ambition to build a high-performing market
