Recruitment Consultant (Consultant / Senior / Principal – Data & Tech)

London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)

Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring for an experienced recruiter, whether they be consultant, senior or principal level, to join our UK & Ireland Team focusing on Data roles. This is a key hire for the team and will have the successful individual delivering against inbound data roles, whilst re-establishing communication with our historic Data network.

This is a really great opportunity for anyone who is still keen to build new client relationships with UK based Data clients, offering you the chance to meet those clients in person, where we encourage our staff to get out for client meetings. You’ll be joining one of the top-performing teams in Trust in Soda which have made major contributions to this years billings for the Trust in Soda Team, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our finance brand Broadgate across Fintech, Banking and insurance clients.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to closing deals
• Build and grow client relationships in Data an other affiliated technologies
• Source, qualify, and headhunt candidates across the UK
• Write and manage job adverts, pipelines, and processes
• Develop market expertise with tailored training and mentorship

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record across recruiting into Data roles or strong 360 Tech recruitment background
• Drive and resilience to build your own desk
• Confident managing clients and candidates end-to-end
• Able to commute and work 3 days in Old Street, London
