That includes brand and design studios, architecture practices, interiors teams, digital and strategy consultancies, and in-house creative functions. The Opportunity

We have a brilliant team build project ready to go in the architecture and built environment space – think architectural practices, RIBA-chartered firms, and design-led property consultancies. This will definitely keep someone busy for around six months, at least. What we need is the right person to run with it.

This is a role for an experienced recruitment consultant who knows the architecture market well – placing architects, architectural assistants, associates, and practice leadership into studios and consultancies. Someone with established relationships across practices, a strong track record, and a genuine passion for the sector.

You'll come in with a live brief and a clear opportunity. From there, you'll help us develop and build an architecture division around you. That means growing a team, shaping the strategy, and creating something with real ownership.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting into architectural practices and the built environment sector, with an established network
• Ambitious, driven, and ready to build something meaningful
• Well spoken, thoughtful, and comfortable representing the business at a senior level
• Based in London or the Home Counties
• Able to travel into London regularly for meetings and into Kent to meet a key client
• Someone who wants ownership, not just a job
