With a proven track record of success and rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued expansion.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be instrumental in driving new business, managing existing client accounts, and delivering high-calibre candidates, support, and the opportunity to work at the forefront of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients, including Tier 1 contractors
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
• Source, interview, and match candidates to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close successful placements
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally within construction, infrastructure, or technical sectors)
• A strong billing history and business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Motivated, driven, and passionate about recruitment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment
