Youll:

• Win new business & grow existing accounts (10% Commission)
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle
• Source top talent & build strong pipelines
• Hit and exceed billing targets

You have:

• 3+ years recruitment experience (Industrial preferred)
• Proven track record in a target-driven market
• Commercial mindset, resilient & motivated
• Full UK driving license
