Senior Recruitment Consultant (AI, Data & Software) – Remote x2

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in building this division from the ground up, shaping its presence in the market, and helping scale teams in fast-moving, cutting-edge technology sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Proactively source, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates, leveraging your network and cutting-edge recruitment tools.
• Contribute to business development efforts, expanding the client base and opening new market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge, improve processes, and drive team success.

About You:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally specialising in AI, Data, Software, or scale-ups.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing client accounts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a growth-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passionate about technology, AI, and data-driven innovation.
