This role is based from our Milton Keynes office About You! What You’ll Do:

Lead the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top talent, you’ll own it end-to-end. Win new clients, using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching to grow your book of business. Source exceptional tech talent, from Software Engineers to DevOps specialists, you’ll connect the best candidates with the right opportunities.

What You Bring:

Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the tech world. A natural ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first mindset. An understanding of or strong interest in the tech industry and its talent market.
