Data X Connect, focused exclusively on the global data centre industry and Highfield, our wider critical infrastructure recruitment business covering Water, Nuclear and Highways. These are all sectors seeing significant global investment and long-term demand, making them some of the most resilient and future‑focused industries to build a career in. What you’ll be doing:
Taking ownership of a warm desk within one of our four critical infrastructure sectors, building on existing client relationships while developing new ones Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development and job qualification to offer management and placement Partnering with decision‑makers to deliver consultative solutions, not just fill jobs Expanding your personal brand and client portfolio, becoming the go‑to recruiter in your niche Driving performance against clear targets and earning uncapped commission on every successful placement
