Location: Wimbledon, Southwest London

Salary: £32,000–£60,000 base + uncapped commission (up to 30%)


Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 1 day remote

Hours: US hours 3 days per week (typically 10am–7pm)

Operating from our London office, this team partners with clients across the US Data & Analytics market, one of the most advanced and lucrative recruitment spaces in the world. The US remains the largest and fastest-growing market for data talent, with demand spanning Data Science, AI, Engineering, and Analytics across industries like finance, technology, retail, and healthcare.


You’ll join a team that’s seen success in its first year and is now scaling to meet that demand, combining the reach of a global brand with the agility of a fast-growing division.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Running a 360 desk, focusing on mid-to-senior level data and analytics roles in the US.
  • Developing new business and managing relationships with leading clients across the States.
  • Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates across Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering.
  • Collaborating with US teams in New York, San Francisco, and Phoenix to share clients and market insight.
  • Contributing to team growth, supporting the continued development of our UK-based US function.
