The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates, and consistently delivering high-quality results. You will also act as a mentor to junior consultants, supporting their development and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a successful recruitment desk within the education sector
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Proactively win new business and develop existing accounts
Meet and exceed individual billing targets
Support and mentor junior team members
Ensure high standards of compliance and service deliveryWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong billing track record
Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
