What you’ll be doing as Senior Recruitment Consultant: You will be sourcing top candidates, focusing primarily on tech-oriented interim and permanent placements across the UK and Europe. Your main role will be to source candidates and effectively manage the process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods (Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.) Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
