What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing Specialist Talent: Identify, assess and place experienced professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill permanent roles

Innovative Search Strategies: Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, direct headhunting and market mapping

Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust and active talent pool

Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients through regular contact, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings

Consultative Recruitment Approach: Understand client technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
