As we continue our growth, we’re seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us. If you're a high-performing recruiter looking to take your career to the next level in tech or renewable energy recruitment, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within technology or renewable energy. Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner. Proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates through headhunting, referrals, and industry networking. Managing and negotiating the end-to-end offer process to secure placements. Mentoring and coaching junior consultants, helping to drive team success. Driving business development efforts to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

Proven track record in recruitment. Strong business development and client management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
