Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR Desks

London (Hybrid)

• HRIS - Contract Desk, inherit x18 runners
• Payroll - Dual Desk, currently already billing £150k
• Reward - Interims, desk has previously billed £300k.

We’re hiring experienced recruiters with a background in HR, Finance, HRIS or Professional Services recruitment to join a growing, specialist division within an established HR recruitment business.

We’re hiring at both Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant level, depending on experience.

The Role

• Build and grow a desk focused on:

Payroll - Dual Desk currently at £150k to inherit

Reward - Interims desk

. HRIS - x18 runners from day one.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
• Leverage existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Work closely with an established HR recruitment team to cross-sell into HR tech
• Contribute to the growth and direction of a new specialist division

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency), ideally 18months+ for Senior level / 5+ years for Principal level
• Background in HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle etc...), HR, Finance or Professional Services recruitment.
• Strong experience in perm, dual desk or contract/temp recruitment
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build and scale a desk
