Focus Your focus will be on:

Proactive headhunting of passive candidates Network-led recruitment 12 months–3+ years’ experience in Financial or Accountancy recruitment Strong interest in business development and relationship-led recruitment Commercial, articulate and detail-driven Confident with senior-level conversations Hungry to move into an executive search environment Quarterly bonus Long-term route into equity and leadership Monday in the office, flexible hybrid beyond that Regular senior-level events & client socials Family-first leadership style with high standards
