I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly respected recruitment business based in Watford, who are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Energy division, specialising in Offshore Oil & Gas.

This is a hot desk with established clients and strong revenue potential. We’re looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running, manage existing relationships, and drive further business growth within this thriving sector.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 1 year’s recruitment experience within the Energy / Oil & Gas / Offshore markets

Proven track record of billing success

Strong business development and relationship-building skills
