Client Details: our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts. Working on contract and permanent vacancies. Interviewing and registering suitable candidates. Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience. Working to pre agreed financial objectives. Arranging candidate interviews. Attending industry networking events. Being involved in business development. Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members.
Desired Skills & Experience: Experience of working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals. Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders. Experience of winning new business and able to demonstrate successful billing figures. Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player who is self-motivated and driven. Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients. Able to attend networking events as and when required. Ambitious and able to help develop junior recruiters.
