The role of a Maitre d:
Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
Anticipate guests needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen be proud to coordinate all departments!
Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond - you are our greatest asset!
