We are seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on Major project in Birmingham on a Permanent basis.
Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and are working a number of large scale projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
Lead commercial processes and mentor junior team members
Liaise with project and commercial managers
Manage subcontractor procurement and tender evaluations
Protect commercial interests through strong contractual knowledge
Support client relationships and project deliveryRequirements:
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB
Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
