Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities include: Project Leadership : Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, managing projects from early feasibility through to final account. Cost Consultancy Services : Preparing cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and final accounts. Client Engagement : Leading client meetings and serving as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
