An award-winning FM provider is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in social housing or local authority projects to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, community-focused work.
About the Role: You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects from award through to final account. You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and ensure the effective delivery of cost control, reporting, procurement, and subcontractor management across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects

Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors

Oversee the preparation of CVRs, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports

Work collaboratively with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners

Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and final accounts
*
Maximise profitability while ensuring contractual compliance
