Exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic developer based in Kent. The developer undertakes Volume house building with projects 400+ units per phase and you would be an addition to a growing team and be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage and update project budgets Monitor build costs against budget and forecast final costs Identify cost risks and opportunities early Prepare tender documents and specifications Obtain, review and negotiate subcontractor quotations Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms Assess completed works on site Risk management - ensure compliance with company procedures and legal standards Prepare and agree final accounts with subcontractors The ideal candidate will live within 30 miles of the head office in Kent. COINS experience is essential.
