The Opportunity Are you a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with a passion for bespoke, high value architecture?
We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join a leading high-end residential contractor based in Sussex . This firm is renowned for delivering some of the most prestigious private residential projects in the South East, ranging from ultra modern coastal builds to extensive heritage refurbishments.
This is a role for a QS who understands that high-end residential surveying isn't just about the numbers; its about managing complex, specialist packages and maintaining the "white-glove" service our clients expect.
The Role As the Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial lead on multiple luxury residential schemes:
Procurement: Managing the selection and appointment of specialist subcontractors (bespoke joinery, stonemasonry, high-end MEP, etc.).

Cost Management: Taking full responsibility for CVRs, budget forecasting, and monthly cost reporting.
