Our client is on the hunt for an outstanding senior quantity surveyor to join a dynamic team delivering projects across the East and West Midlands. This is a true opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor looking to take the next step.

You’ll be the senior quantity surveyor at the heart of a variety of project types:

Educational buildings (schools, university STEM labs, sixth-form centres)

Healthcare developments (endoscopy units, integrated care hubs, diagnostic centres)

Custodial/defence facilities (prison blocks, police HQs)
*
Commercial and mixed-use schemes (office refurbishments, retail, innovation centres)
*
Projects ranging from £2 million to £30 million—plenty of scale and variety to keep things interesting!

You’ll be supported by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS)—so you won't be going it alone.
*
Because some projects sit on Ministry of Justice (MoJ) or similarly sensitive sites, security screening is mandatory.
*
Competitive salary of up to £70,000 basic—attractive for a senior quantity surveyor of your calibre.
