Working for one of the region’s most active developers, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join what is already a high-performing Commercial department.

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will have a demonstrable track record of overseeing the delivery of multiple phases concurrently as well as proven experience in dealing with Infrastructure packages and the tendering process.

A demonstrable track record of delivering volume housing sites is essential.

Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of multiple residential housing phases concurrently. Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts. Oversee infrastructure packages, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. Conduct cost value reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting. Monitor and control project expenditure. Assist in the procurement and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers. Review and approve subcontractor valuations and payments. Ensure timely and accurate final account settlement. Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with site and project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
