Conrad Consulting are delighted to be supporting a leading consultancy in Oxfordshire as they seek an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial offering. This is a key appointment within a high‑performing team delivering projects across commercial, residential and public‑sector sectors.

As Senior QS, you’ll take ownership of major commissions, provide strategic cost advice, lead client engagement and mentor junior colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, client‑facing environment and is ready to step into a position with genuine influence and visibility.

Requirements

Strong consultancy background with proven project delivery experience

MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience at senior level)

Excellent commercial acumen and leadership capability

Ability to manage multiple commissions and maintain high client satisfaction
