We are currently supporting a key client who are looking to add not one but two Senior Quantity Surveyors to their Glasgow team.

They are working on a huge variety of projects ranging from Hotels, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Logistics, High End Retail and Leisure projects to name but a few with the largest project being a whopping £200m regeneration project.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Providing procurement & Strategy advice along with prequalification and tender analysis
Experienced in cost planning, value engineering, billing, preparing tenders, feasibility studies
Client facing
Solid knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract

Prior experience of working within a UK construction consultancy is essential

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

This position offers excellent pay of up to £65,000 and fantastic project exposure.
