The Role
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
to work on major projects in
Manchester City Centre , with support from their
Preston office . This is a great opportunity to join a well-structured commercial team and work on significant projects under JCT and NEC forms of contract. Responsibilities
Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account Subcontract procurement and management Preparing and reviewing subcontract agreements Valuations, variations, and final accounts Cost reporting and forecasting Managing subcontractor payments Attending site and client meetings Working closely with the Project Manager and Estimating team Ensuring projects are delivered within budget Requirements
Quantity Surveyor
25+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Experience working for a main contractor Experience working on projects ideally within education, commercial, or residential sectors Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts Good commercial and contractual awareness Senior Quantity Surveyor
5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Strong experience working for a main contractor Experience managing own projects commercially Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Ability to manage and mentor junior staff Experience working on £5m+ projects Salary & Benefits

£35,000
£55,000 Senior Quantity Surveyor:
£55,000
