Job Description My client are a growing and very successful Regional Main Contractor who work across the North West, specialising in refurbishment and new build extension projects within the Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, working on contracts valued from £500k - £3/4m.

They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working within their Warrington offices. This is working on projects within the Public Sector (Education, Healthcare) and some Commercial projects, particularly refurbishment and fit out projects. You will be working on Measured Term Contracts and using Schedule of Rates.
Your duties will include:
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment to the Client/Client's representative.
Prepare monthly valuation reports.
Submit invoices for certified value and ensure payments are received on time.
Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors.
