Senior Quantity Surveyor – Complex, High-Value Projects

We’re working with a specialist construction and engineering business on the appointment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor . This is a key commercial role with oversight of one or more major projects, involving full lifecycle commercial management from pre-construction through to final account.

You’ll be responsible for leading cost planning, contract administration, procurement and financial reporting across high-risk, high-profile schemes. Working closely with project teams, clients and senior leadership, you’ll ensure commercial performance is managed with precision, rigour and clarity.

As a senior figure in the commercial team, you’ll also support the development of junior colleagues and help shape robust commercial strategies that support project delivery. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced and built on strong values of integrity, excellence and accountability.
