Senior Quantity Surveyor Highways Heavy civils NEC Contracts Up to £70,000

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering highways and infrastructure projects across Suffolk and Essex.

Key Responsibilities ·As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, support and mentor junior staff across multiple projects ·Maximise profitability and monitor contract costs against budgets ·Identify potential risks and prepare effective cost-control strategies ·Prepare estimates, procure subcontractors, and manage subcontract documentation ·As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, assess and certify interim and final payments to subcontractors ·Manage and agree main contract variations ·Assist with documentation for dispute resolution processes such as adjudications or arbitrations ·As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and environmental standards
