Senior Quantity Surveyor

I have a new opportunity on for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Regional sized Developer & Contractor based near Bromley.
The business is long established and has excellent cashflow and great relationships with its sub-contractors. The works vary from housing schemes/ apartment schemes that have been acquired and various Partnerships Deals that are JV's with local authorities so all work is accounted for and the pipeline has been building organically for some time.
The reason the company is looking for a new Senior Surveyor is to have successfully bid and won another 6 X JV housing schemes with HA's which equate to more than 450 units that need building out.
Money will go to around mid 80s and will have a travel allowance, package and bonus scheme.
Ideally you would need to have building contracting experience or residential developm,ent and if you have Partnerships experience on top would be fantastic but not essential.
