Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, growing civil engineering contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across Scotland and England.

With sustained growth from £35m to £80m turnover and a clear plan to reach £100m, this business delivers a diverse portfolio including substations, BESS schemes, and major developments for both public and private sector clients.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure across the full project lifecycle—not just pre-construction. You’ll be involved in managing contracts, working closely with site teams, and contributing to project delivery strategies from the outset.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years’ experience in civil engineering contracting
• Strong commercial awareness with a willingness to learn and develop
• Stable career history with demonstrable project involvement
• Ready to step up to Senior level in the near future
