Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

A growing and dynamic Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveying to their team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Central London, in Soho.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered hybrid working.

The Company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a modern consultancy who are looking to grow their Quantity Surveying team. You would be joining an ambitious Quantity Surveying team of 40 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers in London.

As a company their bread and butter are High End Residential Project, but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on Commercial, Heritage, Residential and Education projects.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with a progression pathway in sight, within the company.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need to produce cost plans, advise on cost options, produce tender documents, contract administration and Employer's Agent service and negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Ideally Residential experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Excellent attitude and team player
• Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
