Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential / House Building\nExeter | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits\n\nWith the continued growth of the South West Region, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding team.\n\nAbout the Role: You'll support the delivery of residential projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you’ll handle all commercial aspects—from procurement and contract administration to valuations, reporting, and mentoring junior staff.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage supply chain contracts and budgets\n\n * Prepare and negotiate variations and final accounts\n\n * Conduct site visits to measure and value completed works\n\n * Produce procurement schedules and cost reports\n\n * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams\n\n * Support junior team members\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management\n\n * Experience in residential construction\n\n * Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills\n\n * Highly organised and detail-oriented\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nOffering a salary up to £75,000 + package depending on experience, with private medical insurance, life insurance and annual bonus.\n\nIf you're looking to make a meaningful impact to house building, this could be the perfect next step in your commercial career.
