Role Overview for Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful candidate will play a central role in preparing tender documentation and supporting commercial decision-making across a range of civil engineering and telecommunications-related projects. The position requires a strong understanding of project costing, market capability and delivery capacity. Experience within solar or BESS projects is advantageous. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Key responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, managing subcontractor relationships, negotiating contractual terms, and administering contract processes such as variations, early warnings and risk assessments. The role also involves producing commercial reports, including monthly CVRs, and maintaining regular communication with clients and project teams.
