We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing large-scale commercial projects and extensive experience with tier 1 main contractors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be instrumental in ensuring that all commercial aspects of our projects are executed with efficiency and precision. Key responsibilities include pricing project work, maintaining cost control, managing contractor relationships, and actively engaging with our end client and various stakeholders.
Project Scope: Projects will range in value from £1 million to £10 million, focusing on various commercial refurbishment and construction services, including but not limited to:
Roofing Schemes HV/LV Replacements Brickwork Repairs and Rebuilds Internal Refurbishments and Decorations Fireproofing Installations Civil Works and Drainage SolutionsKey Responsibilities:
