Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join leading house builder to work on a major flagship development in Greater Manchester?
Due to a brand-new contract award, there is an exciting opportunity to join a leading house builder to work on a flagship mixed use housing development with over 1000 units over a multi phased project?
Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the full commercial management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.
With a healthy pipeline of projects, there is excellent career progression opportunities for the future leading to a Managing Quantity Surveyor role.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 7-8 years post grad experience.
Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Background within a housebuilder of social housing developer environment
Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
Salary & Package on offer:
Market leading package
Base Salary £60,000 - £65,000
