An opportunity has come about with a well-established contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and new builds across Prime Central London, due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work.

Projects are design-led, detail-heavy, and typically involve listed buildings, basements, and complex structural alterations.

Specialist contractor operating within the super-prime residential market • Projects across Mayfair, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington • Schemes typically £5m–£25m+, including cut & carve, basement construction, and high-spec finishes • Strong reputation with private clients, developers, and leading architects • Close-knit, delivery-focused team with repeat business and long-term relationships The Role

Full commercial responsibility on super-prime residential schemes • Managing projects from pre-construction through to final account • Procurement of subcontract packages and supply chain management • Running CVRs, cash flow, and cost reporting • Managing variations, change control, and contract administration • Working closely with Project Managers, Directors, and high-end clients What they’re looking for
