Our client is a Main Contractor with a regional offices located the West Midlands and Northamptonshire. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
• Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
