We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract to support legacy Building Safety projects. This is a critical role for a seasoned Quantity Surveying professional with strong expertise in quantum analysis and a solid understanding of litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work across legacy construction projects with a focus on building safety compliance
* Manage and process claims through the supply chain
* Conduct detailed quantum assessments to support dispute resolution and legal processes
* Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage risk and ensure fair commercial outcomes
* Prepare detailed reports and provide expert advice on contractual entitlements and liabilities
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within building safety or remediation projects
* Strong quantum expertise and the ability to produce forensic-level commercial assessments
* Solid understanding of construction litigation and dispute resolution processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
