With a strong pipeline of secured projects in the Basingstoke area, ranging in value from £5M-15M, they have built an excellent reputation for deliveringrainscreen cladding replacement, fire remediation, and external envelope worksacross the South.
The Opportunity The company is exceptionally busy and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be site-based on a£10M faade remediation scheme in Basingstoke. The company will consider an established Senior Quantity Surveyor or a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up in responsibility. The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Responsible for the financial control of projects valued from £5M to £20M. Working with JCT contracts. Applications for payment in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
