SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – CENTRAL LONDON

Client

Our client is a long-established contractor, renowned for working on large new build residential projects in and around Central London. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong.

Job Summary:

Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee large new build project in Central London. Reporting into the Directors.

Role / Responsibilities

* Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on new build projects.

* Managing the day-to-day work on site.

* Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements and budgets

* The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

* Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams

* A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

* An industry applicable degree qualification.

* Proven track record within a similar sector.

Individual:

* Experience working on New Build projects

* Able to work as part of a team.

* Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.

* Ability to manage an onsite commercial team

* Strong work ethic

* An excellent communicator.

* Have strong commercial awareness.

* Good IT knowledge
