Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure

£70,000- £80,000 Per Annum + Package

Join a leading team delivering the West Midlands section of HS2 - Britain's new high-speed railway. We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of large-scale civil engineering projects, including bridges, tunnels, and viaducts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial tasks and processes with autonomy. Protect commercial position through strong contractual knowledge. Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members. Prepare and evaluate subcontract tenders accurately and on time.Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience. NEC contract experience. Background in large infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Professional membership (RICS, ICES, CIOB).What's on Offer:
