Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)Salary: to £75k+ packageBased: Hampshire/HybridA Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major Civils Power Project!You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, who are part of a highly respected contractor delivering large scale power projects across the region. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing project costs from inception through to final account
  • Administering contracts (NEC experience desirable)
  • Help oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor management
  • Prepare and review valuations, variations, and cost reporting
  • Provide commercial guidance to operational teams and junior staff
  • Support and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors
The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience:
  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils, utilities, or power projects
  • Good understanding of NEC contracts
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams
  • Ambition to grow within a forward-thinking business
