Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)Salary: to £90k + packageBased: London (NW1)An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major flagship infrastructure project!You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of a major design package within a fast-paced environment, managing cost, risk and change across a design-led programme. Reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager, the role offers excellent long term career prospectsbacked with a rewarding working environmentKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee high-value packages under NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  • Manage compensation events, early warnings, and change control processes
  • Provide robust cost forecasting, risk management, and reporting
  • Challenge and influence project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Review programme impacts and ensure commercial positions are protected
  • Support and mentor junior commercial team members
The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience:
  • Strong NEC contract experience
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-change projects
  • Have confidence in your ability and be able to influence at all levels
  • Experience working on design or design & build environments
