that safeguards the quality, reliability, and performance of drinking water across our region. We work across complex network systems,enhancing,maintaining, installing, and repairing infrastructure from pipes to water meters,to ensure consistentlyhigh-waterquality. Through proactive network management and resilient engineering, we help ensure communities have safe, dependable water supplies every day. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. You'll assistthe Estimators with tendering and estimating new projects and handle subcontractor management, including procurement, drafting subcontracts, agreement of T's & C's, and contract administration through to final account.

We'll need you to look after the administration of live projects including: weekly monitoring of direct and indirect costs incurred in the delivering the works, and progress against the accepted programme; client applications, change control, WIP and cash flow management, client final accounts, administered via CEMAR.

You'll create and prepare monthly reports for both internally, and to our Client on topics such as value, cost to date, forecast final cost, progress against programme, WIP, cash position, project risks, margin improvement plans, value of change traded. What youll bring

Do you have at least 5 - 10 years + experience in commercial roles with Subcontractor or Main Contractors? Are you able to demonstrate career progression in previous roles? Are you Degree qualified and working toward professional membership? Are you a motivated, well organised individual with an eye for detail? Can we rely on you to manage multiple live projects? Do you have proven experience with contract admin tools such as CEMAR would be beneficial? Can you demonstrable experience with various forms of contract such as Lump Sum, Target Cost?
