An established London-based construction consultancy is looking to appoint a
Senior Quantity Surveyor
as part of its continued growth across multiple sector projects.
The business works closely with developers, investors, and design teams, providing practical, considered commercial advice from early feasibility through to project completion. The focus is on
quality of service, continuity of teams, and long-term client relationships , rather than volume delivery.
The role
Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services Manage projects from early cost advice through procurement and final account Prepare cost plans, tender documentation, and contract administration Provide clear commercial advice to clients and project teams Support junior surveyors and contribute to team development

High-quality residential developments Commercial and mixed-use schemes London-based projects with repeat clients
About you
Consultancy / PQS background Experience operating at
Senior Quantity Surveyor
level Strong understanding of cost management across residential and/or commercial sectors Confident communicating with clients and wider consultant teams MRICS or working towards preferred
