The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading commercial role across highways and infrastructure schemes in Scotland.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full commercial management of multiple projects
• NEC contract administration and change management
• Preparing and negotiating interim applications and final accounts
• Cost forecasting and reporting
• Managing subcontract procurement and performance
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risk
• Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff

This role requires someone confident operating independently while collaborating closely with operational and senior leadership teams. xbpsjku

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Experience managing projects commercially from inception to completion
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
