Senior Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks

Location: Dunstable | Office-based (Hybrid considered) Salary: Competitive (£55k–£75k DOE) + Car/Allowance + Fuel Card

The Role

Manage all commercial aspects of groundworks projects from tender through to final account. Prepare and negotiate valuations, variations, and subcontractor accounts. Ensure accurate cost control and reporting to maintain healthy margins. Work closely with project teams to deliver on time and within budget.What You Bring

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks/civils (senior level preferred). Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management. Ability to lead on multiple projects and mentor junior QS team members. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Why This Role?
